Do Not Disturb (DND)

Regarding RingCentral Status​

An Availability Notice is required if you must set your extension to DND during business hours.


Consider

  • If you are away for a break, please set your status to Invisible and provide a customized courtesy Status Message to make your colleagues aware of your immediate availability.

  • If you have communicated your availability gap to @CCC Reception Department you may set your extension to DND and customize a Status Message for the team.
